Job brief

We are looking for a talented Social media manager to administer our social media accounts. You will be responsible for creating original content, managing posts and responding to followers. You will manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals

As a Social media manager, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s views creatively

You should be able to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement, and manage the collaborations with our ambassadors and affiliates

Ultimately, as Brand manager, you must be passionate about uncovering consumer insights and delivering innovative marketing campaigns. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and you will generate strategies that grow market share and brand’s reputation, improve customer experience and drive growth

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
  • Manage the collaborations with our ambassadors, affiliates and influencers
  • Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
  • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
  • Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
  • Lead creative development and create motivating stimulus to get targeted population to “take action”
  • Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Social media manager
  • Hands on experience in content management
  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
  • Knowledge of online marketing channels
  • Never say never attitude. If an idea doesn’t work, you’ve another 10 ideas waiting up your sleeve
  • Familiarity and knowledge with web design and shooting producer
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Hands on attitude and multitasking skills
  • Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices
  • Excellent command of the English language
